Custom Home Building

We build custom homes on your lot or one we help you evaluate. Before a shovel moves we walk the site, review the plans and put together a line-item budget with real allowances so you know what your money is buying.

During construction you get a single point of contact, weekly photo updates and a schedule we keep current. Our own crews handle framing, dry-in and finish carpentry, which is where most schedules slip when a builder subs everything out.

At the end we finish the punch list before asking for final payment, hand over your warranty in writing, and stay reachable after you move in.
